We just got our table last week. My husband has wanted one for a while--his back has been bothering him for about a year. I have had back problems since 1990, when I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I am a certified registered nurse anesthetist, and have seen countless patients who have had back surgery with less than desirable results. I was of the opinion that you just "muddle through as best you can." As luck would have it, last week I had a full-blown back spasm so that I could not move AT ALL. I went to the ER, got the appropriate injections, saw my dr the next day, and started back on the regimen of pills every 6 hrs. Two days later, I thought, "I might as well give it a try." You see, I really didn't think the table would do much good. I felt instantly better when I got off the table (I was on for 10 minutes at about a 20 degree angle). I really mean instantly!! I have been on it every day since, twice a day. I am now completely pain free. It has only been 4 days. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I can't begin to express how much relief I have experienced.
