Inversion basically saved my life and I can't say enough good things about it.
After 3 months of Chiropractic and MD care for what x-rays and a cat scan read that I had bone a spur on a vertebra that was stabbing into the nerve and my only option was surgery, I had nothing to loose, so I purchased a [Teeter Hang Ups] F7000. Using the table three times a day for 20 minutes a session it took about 3 days and I started to see results and after a week it was like a miracle, my back was feeling better than it had in a long time, in about a month I was back at work.
That was 3 1/2 years ago and today I feel GREAT!!! I use my table for only 10 minutes every day I can. Inversion has been wonderful for me and let me tell you I was in "PAIN" and when you are in that much pain your brain starts thinking crazy things to end it!
