After extensive pain management and physical therapy, most of the pain has gone away.
But there are those days where no matter how I stand, sit, lay, or stretch I can feel the massive pinch of nerves in my low back. I ended up getting a Teeter Hang Ups Inversion table and I couldn't be happier. It DOES fold up nicely for storage but let me tell you something...this is a permanent fixture in my house. I have had it over a year and a half and use it daily.
Once you try this you won't ever put it away. It has paid for itself time and time again by keeping the chiropractor visits away.
