It is rare that I feel strongly enough about a company or product to write an opinion piece, which associates my name with the product. That having been said, I feel compelled to write and extol the virtues of this company.
We all have methodologies when we make a purchase. Mine includes putting the company's name or product name into a search engine...such as Google ...with the word "complaints" next to it and then letting fly. I look closely at complaints written by other people and make a decision based on that sort of feedback in my research.
I looked into all the different companies which build and sell these sorts of inversion products. Teeter was the ONLY Company in which I was unable to find even one complaint registered on the net anywhere.
I soon learned why that was so. […The customer service person] took the time to speak to all my questions and concerns. He also spoke of his own personal story and of how inversion had made such a difference in his life. This made him passionate about his work. […] I made the decision to make my purchase of an F-9000 unit (with the EZ tension bar option).
Let me tell you this...Should you also choose to buy your unit from Teeter, when the product arrives, you will be struck by how "Lush" and well constructed it is. Photos only show so much, you will find the unit in your home is so well made and so darn good-looking with all the chrome, you will be amazed. Every aspect of design is thought through to the smallest degree.
Here is a small example...As I stated above I purchased the EZ tension Bars. They arrived in a separate box, with instructions and a screwdriver, to complete the task of assembly. One stands a bit to the side and it requires one to stand in a bit of precarious position. They thought about that small step and sent a screwdriver which was magnetized, so that the screw could not fall before you completed the assembly. Someone had to really be thinking in small careful steps here for that level of detail to be thought through.
The machine itself is beautifully constructed and if one follows along with the included DVD...it will literally take you 20 to 25 minutes to have it ready for operation.
Now, the most important commentary about this product follows. I have suffered from severe back problems for more than 7 years and live a life in which I know that when I wake up in the morning, I will have to face a day filled with pain and that's just the accepted norm for me.
I have been inverting twice or three times a day, every day for the past week and I feel better than I have in almost a decade. I am amazed at the difference in the way I feel and am absolutely in a lot less pain. No, it's not a magic bullet and I am not, after a week of inversion, cured by any means but I feel a Hell of a lot better than I did before the machine arrived.
I'm a believer and I took the time to write this reflection simply because if it helped me...it may help you too... and these folks at Teeter in my opinion have earned my praise.
